There is NO CHARGE for registering your archive material to our servers.

Our rates are based on 28 day archive cycles and standard cartons are £0.68 pence per period.
The minimum quantity for storage is 20 cartons

There is NO CHARGE for retrieval services when you request archive to be returned to your office

Scanning of A4/A3 documents to standard PDF files with Batch Indexing @ £36.00 per thousand documents. Scanning of A4/A3 documents to searchable (OCR) PDF files with Batch Indexing @ £45 per thousand documents. Colour scanning is charged at a 15% premium. The above rates are inclusive of Document preparation (removal of staples,clips etc)

Scanning of technical drawings
Mixed size drawings to B/W £1.00 each
Mixed size drawings to colour £1.25 each

These charges are inclusive of batch indexing, scanning, master and backup CD.

Scanning of Micro Images
Conversion of aperture cards £0.60 each
Conversion of jackets/fiche £0.09 per image
Conversion of 16mm rolls film £0.065 per image

Certificated Scheduled Document Destruction rates are £4.25 per standard sized carton
There is a minimum quantity of 10 boxes for this service.

Archive Storage Cartons available in multiples of 10 prices from £2.25 per carton
