a4u do not have a contractual minimum period for storage although a4u will enforce a three month notice period.

Monthly storage rates are calculated on 28 day months therefore we invoice 13 monthly invoices in a year.

Monthly storage is invoiced monthly in advance with carton sales and sundry charges invoiced in arrears.

Retrieval service is normally scheduled on a 24 -48 hour basis
Next Day 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday at agreed rates urgent same day retrieval can be arranged by courier.(Courier charges are normally passed directly to the client)

No items can be retrieved whilst there are outstanding monies due to archives4u.

There is a weight limit of 15Kgs per carton unless a4u have agreed this prior to collection.

Any change to our agreed rates will be advised giving 21 days notice.
