During the initial intake phase a4u Records Management will manage the process of removing your business information smoothly and efficiently to our facility, working closely with your employees who manage your documentation.
Any existing file name conventions in use by your business will be uploaded alongside the unique carton ID we will provide, this avoids confusion for employees when requesting files to be retrieved from storage.
Reclaimed storage or office space in your office can now be put to effective use while we manage the storage of your business information.

Customers can advise the future intended destruction date of the documents & a4u Records Management will, after final authority to destroy has been approved, manage the process of destruction providing full destruction certification upon completion.
